Prisma seems to be a common choice, but I prefer tools that don't get in the way of SQL.

I wanted a simple to maintain template for a personal home page. It is to be deployed with an inexpensive static site hosting provider (in my case, Cloudflare.) Here's a github template for an Eleventy personal homepage.
